Rihanna had her 11th tattoo earlier this month, according to reports.

The 'Disturbia' singer unveiled yet another etching before Christmas, a message written backwards across her breast bone that reads: "Never a failure, always a lesson".

Rihanna's other body art allegedly includes a pair of pistols, the word "love" tattooed around her finger, and a skull and crossbones on the back of her leg.

"She's going too far with it," a source told Now. "She's impulsive: she goes all out for something, but when it's a tattoo, you can't take it back."

The 21-year-old has also made headlines with her hard-partying lifestyle, sparking concern that she is pushing herself too far as she embarks on a worldwide promotional tour of latest album Rated R.

"Every night's the same. She goes clubbing, downs shots and manages to stay up until the early hours," the source continued. "It's playing havoc with her sleep pattern, but she doesn't seem to care. She seems to be on a mission to drive herself into the ground."

Best pals Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato are headed back to the small screen for more singing and dancing in the Disney Channel sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. But this time around, expect more onscreen love interests – and romances to be taken to the next level.

"There's a lot more romance with my character and even with Nick's character," Joe Jonas told PEOPLE about the highly anticipated film airing next summer. "The romance, the singing and dancing – everything is bigger and better."

In the sequel, the film follows Mitchie (played by Lovato) and Shane (played by Joe Jonas) as they return to Camp Rock for another summer of music and fun. Their love blossoms as they battle against a new state-of-the-art music camp called Camp Star that has opened across the lake.

"The romance between Shane and Mitchie is still there and it continues to grow," Jonas says. "They want to spend more time together but [finding time is a bit] difficult for them to do, because she is trying to help out the camp as much as she can."

Revisiting her breakout role was "exciting," says Lovato, 17, and starring with the Jonas Brothers again was a job that guaranteed a good time. "They are so easy to work with and we just hangout and have fun," Lovato tells PEOPLE. "They are like my brothers and they are my best friends. They always make me laugh."

Jennifer Garner felt less of a paparazzi target living in Boston, Massachusetts, because the photographers there were so discreet, she never knew when she had been snapped. The Hollywood star and her husband Ben Affleck relocated from Los Angeles to the East Coast over the summer 2009 while the "Pearl Harbor" actor worked on two new movies in his childhood state.

Garner admits she fast became a fan of life in Boston because their daughters Violet, four, and Seraphina, 11 months, were unaware they were ever being photographed. She tells W magazine, "There were fewer of them, and they hide behind things, so my kids aren't aware of them, which makes all the difference in the world. (In L.A.) if I try to go to the supermarket, the police come (to escort her)."

But Garner concedes she and Affleck will never be able to lead a normal life away from the spotlight. She says, "We talked forever about leaving Los Angeles, but anywhere you go some dodo is going to buy a camera and start following you."

Plies surprised a fan at Hot 107.9 Atlanta's "Jingle Bash" this past weekend by bringing her onstage and agreeing to pay her college tuition.

His reasoning? He got criticized for throwing $50,000 to fans during the radio station's "Birthday Bash" concert earlier this year.

The fan excitedly accepted and plans to attend the University of Miami. Peep the video below.

When's the last time you took a commercial flight?
How long was it?
Do you like flying?
How do you deal with jet-lag?
Best flight you ever took?
Worst?

Apart from getting where I am going, I can't think of one redeeming thing about flying. There might well be jet-lag-grumpiness involved here.

There is no more solemn duty for an American commander-in-chief than the marshalling of “every element of our national power” – the phrase Obama himself used on Monday – to protect the people of the United States. In that key respect, Obama failed on Christmas Day, just as President George W. Bush failed on September 11th (though he succeeded in the seven years after that).

Yes, the buck stops in the Oval Office. Obama may have rather smugly given himself a “B+” for his 2009 performance but he gets an F for the events that led to Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab boarding a Detroit-bound plane in Amsterdam with a PETN bomb sewn into his underpants. He said today that a “systemic failure has occurred”. Well, he’s in charge of that system.

The picture we’re getting is more and more alarming by the hour. Here are some key elements to consider:

1. Abdulmutallab’s father spoke several times to the US Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria and visited a CIA officer there to tell him, apparently, that he feared his son was a jihadist being trained in Yemen. According to CNN, the CIA officer wrote up a report, which then sat in the CIA headquarters at Langley for several weeks without being disseminated to the rest of the intelligence community. This was not just a casual encounter. Again according to CNN, there were at least two face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and written correspondence with the father. If it’s true that the CIA sat on this then it beggars belief.

2. After 9/11, the huge bureaucracies of the Homeland Security Department and the Directorate of National Intelligence (DNI) were created. Inside the DNI, the National Counter Terrorism Center was created. These organisations were created to “connect the dots”. It may well be that the fault lay with NCTC and not the CIA – CIA spokesman George Little says here that “key biographical information” and information about “possible extremist connections in Yemen” was passed to NCTC. If NCTC knew about it, then did someone at the National Security Council within the White House? There’s a huge blame game beginning so we’ll no doubt know soon enough.

On the history channel there is a show about the taboo of cannibalism, and there was a segment of a man who served meatballs made of his own body fat.

If you were at a dinner party, would you eat those meatballs?
Would you even show up?

If you had a choice?

Would you resort to cannibalism to survive?

Prime Minister Stephen Harper declared 49 gifts valued up to $1,000 each in 2009, ranging from books to a bathrobe to tequila.

U.S. President Barack Obama gave Harper a leather-bound map from 1783 of the British Territories of Canada and the U.S.

Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi was a generous host at the G8 summit in L'Aquila, giving Harper a monogrammed bathrobe, towel and slipper set, as well as a fine linen table cloth and napkins, a leather briefcase, and a three-volume red-leather set of Who's Who in Italy.

Berlusconi also gave Laureen Harper a black leather jacket made by the Italian-owned Belstaff clothing company.

The tequila came from Emilio González-Márquez, governor of Mexico's state of Jalisco, who presented the prime minister with four bottles of the popular libation during the North American Leaders Summit in Guadalajara in August.

Prince Charles gave Harper a sterling silver box with the royal crest during his Canadian tour in November.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas presented him with a leather-bound book titled Palestine — Celebrating the Survival.

The gift list also included crystal bookends, sterling silver saki cups, a silver-coated model of the Aztec calendar, an expensive Prim watch and two 18-day free passes to the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto.

The prime minister's media office didn't answer an email asking whether he or his family used the CNE tickets.

Since 2006, Harper has declared 179 gifts for himself and his wife. The value of any gift cannot exceed $1000.

Please Ignore the Fox News douche. Listen to Mr Celente. He is the most accurate trends predictor in the world.

More on his credibility: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0QdLkgvJwM
About Gerald Celente: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerald_Celente

"Celente's accurate forecasts include the 1987 stock market crash, the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the 1997 Asian currency crash" and "the 2007 subprime mortgage scandal." His forecasts since 1993 have included predictions about terrorism, economic collapses and war. More recent forecasts involve fascism in the United States, food riots and tax revolts. Celente has long predicted global anti-Americanism, a failing economy and immigration woes in the U.S. In December 2007 Celente wrote, "Failing banks, busted brokerages, toppled corporate giants, bankrupt cities, states in default, foreign creditors cashing out of US securities ... whatever the spark, the stage is set for panic in the streets" and "Just as the Twin Towers collapsed from the top down, so too will the U.S. economy ... when the giant firms fall, they’ll crush the man on the street." He has also predicted tax revolts. In November 2008 Celente appeared on Fox Business Network and predicted economic depression, tax rebellions and food riots in the United States by 2012. Celente also predicted an "economic 9/11" and a "panic of 2008."

Police describe shooter as Ibrahim Shkupolli, a man in his early 40s; Sello shopping mall evacuated and cordoned off

Five people have been reported dead on Thursday morning in a shooting incident at the Sello shopping mall in the Leppävaara district of Espoo.
Apparently a man in his early forties, whose identity is known to police, began shooting in the Prisma supermarket with a 9mm handgun at around 10 a.m. Police named the suspect as Ibrahim Shkupolli.

First reports indicated that three men and one woman were killed. A fifth victim was later found at a private apartment, and is believed to be the gunman's ex-wife.
One of the male victims at Sello was apparently a sales clerk, and was shot twice in the head. A woman was shot in the stomach and two other men were later shot in a different part of the mall complex
.
No further details have been given of other casualties.

The mall was emptied and police are continuing to search for the gunman in the shopping centre and the surrounding area. Prisma store staff and witnesses were taken to the public library on the premises.
The police will hold a press conference on the matter at 14:30, and a photograph of the suspect is to be released.
Numerous police vehicles and ambulances are at the scene, and commuter trains were not stopping at Leppävaara station.
Police warn that the man is armed and dangerous, and have appealed for witnesses and anyone who knows of Shkupolli's whereabouts.

The situation is still unfolding and we will update as news comes in.

The police have just released info that all victims were somehow linked to the shooter.

I was this close to being there, but then I overslept. I personally am staying away from the comment sections of Finnish news sites, I'm sure there's xenophobia in abundance there. Not to mention criticism about gun laws, which has nothing to do with this, considering that because the guy has prior convictions, he probably doesn't have a goddamn license anyway.

Last night, on NPR, Terry Gross reported the death of South African poet/activist Dennis Brutus.  Gross played her interview with Brutus from 1986.  He talked about his poetry and his experience as a political prisoner on Robben Island.

He also talked about the time he was shot while trying to escape custody :

"The ambulance that came for me, for instance, this was so macabre that men got out in uniform and they took out a stretcher and they looked at me and they put their stretcher back and they got back in the ambulance and they drove off. And I said to Helberg who was beside me, why are they leaving? I was very alarmed. And he said, well, Brutus, you wouldn't want them to lose their job, would you? This is an ambulance for whites, and so you'll have to wait for the black ambulance to come along."

"ICELAND parliament's today approved paying nearly 4 billion euros ($6.42 billion) to Britain and the Netherlands, which had compensated more than 320,000 of their savers in a failed Icelandic bank.

Although the measure has stirred up resentment among many ordinary Icelanders hard hit by their country's financial meltdown in 2008, lawmakers approved the measure by a vote of 33 to 30 as the issue had become a major obstacle in the small Atlantic island nation's bid to join the European Union.

"Congratulations Iceland" shouted a lawmaker from the governing centre-left coalition, while an opposition lawmaker cried out "treason".

The measure approves the payout of 3.8 billion euros ($6.1 billion) to the British and Dutch governments, which had partially compensated their savers who lost money in the collapse of the Icesave online bank.

Icesave, an online subsidiary of the Landsbanki bank that had to be rescued in October 2008 as the global credit crunch hit, had attracted savers due to its high interest rates.

The British and Dutch governments turned to Reykjavik for the money to be returned, and an initial compensation deal was approved by Iceland's parliament in August.

But amendments negotiated by Social Democratic Prime Minister Johanna Sigurdardottir in order to get the deal through parliament were rejected by Britain and the Netherlands, forcing a new vote.

The measure adopted on Wednesday foresees the staggering through 2024 the payment of the 3.8 billion euros, which is equivalent to nearly 40 per cent of the country's annual gross domestic product.

A poll taken in August suggested nearly 70 per cent of Icelanders were against the Icesave deal, the compensation amounting to about 12,000 euros ($19,261) for each citizen on the island nation of 320,000 people."
